This tool lets you:

  • Comment on specific parts of the page

  • Request changes

  • Upload text or images

Do I need a log in for Webvizio?

When you first click on the Webvizio link provided, you’ll be prompted to either log in, create a new account, or continue as a guest.
We recommend creating a free account. This will give you the ability to upload content such as images and documents directly for our designers.

Will I receive notification when a change (task) has been completed by a designer?

You will receive an email from Webvizio to confirm that the task has been marked as Done.


What to do if a task is marked as Done but you cant see the change?

Tip: If you don’t see your updates after they’ve been marked as Done, just click “Refresh Project” in your dashboard.



I have asked the designer a question on Webvizio, where will I see the answer?

The designer will respond within the task and a number will show beside the conversation box, indicating a reply.
